Today the P7s enjoyed their 2nd Connect and Nurture session with Vicky. During the session the children learned all about understanding themselves and each other and that it's always OK not to be OK. We talked about what makes us happy and what kind of things can cause us to worry. Together we came up with ways to deal with our emotions and feelings as well as discussing the importance of having our 'go to person' who could be a friend, mummy, daddy, brother, sister, grandparent or an adult in school! We finished our session with some fun time with Sammy the Puppet who was feeling a little low today, but was soon cheered up by some funny jokes from P7
