In P1 we are learning about the vets and this week we have been listening to the story of Mog and the Vee Eee Tee!! Today in our Fairy Glen we found a note from our Fairy to say that there was a poor little cat stuck in the tree and he had a sore paw!!The Fairy asked the boys and girls to make a special medicine in the mud kitchen lab to help the cat feel better!!The children planned what they would put into their medicine first before going into the garden to look for some ingredients!! The children showed so much love and care for the cat and shared lots of kindness as well as using their imagination to think of ways that they could safely rescue the cat from the tree!!!They decided to look around the garden for sticks to help to gently get the cat down…they quickly realised that the longer the stick the better!!!They made toys for the cat using wool and twigs from the garden, went fishing for their numbers and found words that rhyme with cat!!A great morning of fun with lots of learning too!!💫🐈
