As part of our World Around Us topic, Primary 1 have been exploring apples. The boys and girls wondered if apples can float? We investigated this by making ‘apple boats’. We made several predictions before the investigation. The boys and girls took it in turns to place their boats into the water tray – they were really happy to see that apples can float! We had lots of fun racing our boats in the water tray.
